Business, development, IT operations, networking, cybersecurity, and analytics background in a concise view.

Strategy. Operations. Growth.

Business

Strategy. Operations. Growth.

I look at technical work through customers, constraints, cost, risk, positioning, and execution. Probability, pricing inefficiency research, and market-structure work sharpened that lens: good software needs a reason to exist, a user to serve, and a model that can survive reality.

Full-stack builds, automation, integrations.

Developer

Full-stack builds, automation, integrations.

I build websites, APIs, automations, internal tools, and AI-assisted products. Clear systems, maintainable code, and real users matter more than clever architecture.

Infrastructure, support, field troubleshooting, reliability.

IT Operations

Infrastructure, support, field troubleshooting, reliability.

Hands-on IT experience spans roughly seven years across devices, networks, services, documentation, troubleshooting, security basics, support desks, corporate offices, manufacturing floors, shared-device environments, industrial operations, and service-oriented organizations. The common thread is practical reliability: clear notes, repeatable fixes, and small interventions before problems become expensive. See Technical Operations and IT Documentation for the public operations frame.

CIS. Data analytics. Networking. Cyber.

Formal background: a four-year CIS degree with a data analytics minor from Appalachian State University, plus a two-year Networking and Cybersecurity degree from Caldwell Community College. Data analytics still runs through the probability and market work.
